Welcome to The Greatfield Parents' Association Page

The Greatfield Parents' Association (GPA) is a group of parents from the school who organise fundraising events for the school. We aim to provide items that are seen as extras to those provided by the school budgets.

Anyone who is a parent or carer for children at the school is welcome to come along to one of our events or meetings. We are a small but friendly bunch who will assure new people of a warm welcome as new ideas for events are always welcome.

Come along to a committee meeting and help raise money for your child's school! We meet once a month, usually on the second Tuesday, at 7:45pm in the school staff room. Minutes of the meetings are circulated in school reading packets and are also posted on the school website.

You don't have to attend every meeting, and you don't have to be a committee member unless you really want to! Go on – give it a try – you might find that you like it!

Don't forget that you can also support the GPA when you shop online. Simply register at www.thegivingmachine.co.uk and choose Greatfield Park School as your chosen beneficiary. The school will then recieve a commission on every purchase made through participating retailers. These include Tesco, Amazon, Ebay, Play, Next, Argos, John Lewis and M & S. It won't cost you anything and some of the stores pay a commision of up to 7%!!!
