About Me

I’m Kirstin and it’s a real privilege to be part of the Greatfield Park family. I live in Leckhampton and our two girls are now at Bournside School.

I started my primary teaching career 25 years ago and have worked in a number of local schools. I’m now at Belmont School as the Mental Health Lead which is a job I adore! I also work for a mental health research network and am currently back in uni studying for a Doctorate in Education where I hope to continue research in special needs and mental health.

I don’t feel I have much spare time at the moment (!) but when I do, I love gardening (usually with a G&T in hand) and getting out in nature.

I’m really looking forward to getting to know the school more as I continue be a listening, supportive and questioning member of the governing body.
