We are incredibly proud of the children, staff and adults that make our school community. We believe in the potential for every individual to make exceptional progress from their starting points and want all children to thoroughly enjoy their time at our school. The wellbeing and needs of every child are fundamental to our provision.

We provide a broad, rich and experiential project-based curriculum to 'hook’ our learners in and engage them. Our high expectations give our children every opportunity to become confident and independent learners, with a pride in their achievement. We are aspirational and inclusive and provide support and challenge for all.

We want to prepare every child so that they can make a positive contribution to the world in which they live. We find many opportunities to celebrate and reward achievement, positive behaviour and successes.

As a school community, we believe that children 'learn and thrive' best when the entire school community – pupils, parents, staff, governors and the local community – come together. We strongly value the relationship we have with our parents and recognise that effective partnerships are essential. Parents are always most welcome into school to help or to discuss their child’s progress or any matters of concern.
