About Me

Since graduating in 2004 I’ve worked briefly in the private sector before embarking on a career in the civil service. I’ve held a range of roles in HR, Project Management, Strategy and Transformation. In more recent years I’ve held leadership positions where I have developed high performing teams. I work part time and I’m passionate about improving representation of women in the workplace as well as the wider community. I’ve recently qualified as an executive coach and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and potential through coaching.

I’ve previously been part of Shurdington Pre-School committee for four years, including two years as the Chair of the committee helping a new play leader to settle into the role and then ensuring that the setting was supported as we navigated the pandemic. I’m passion about life long learning and really excited about learning about the next stage of education.

I have two children at Greatfield and will serve as a parent Governor. I’m looking forward to playing a more active role in the school community helping to ensure the school can provide an excellent education to its pupils so they can all fulfil their potential in a safe, inclusive and sustainable environment.

When I’m not working or parenting I enjoy riding my horse, cooking and reading.
