Hi, I’m Andy, husband of one, Dad of five amazing grown up kids, and, so far, grandad to three beautiful grandkids.
Originally from Beckenham in Kent I’ve lived and worked all over the UK, plus a seven-year stint in the Middle East based in Abu Dhabi (where the weather is seriously hot all the time!). Now living in Charlton Kings here in Cheltenham and getting used to the rain and greenery all over again!
My working life has been spent in sales and marketing for large and small companies, initially for companies that you would know such SC Johnson (think Mr. Muscle, Pledge and Toilet Duck) but in recent years I’ve specialized in the Professional Services arena primarily working with Lawyers, Accountants, Engineers, Architects and so on.
I’m delighted to be joining the Governors at Greatfield Park Primary School, it’s a new challenge for me but one that I’m really enjoying so far. I’m hoping that my business background will enable me to fully support Mrs Robbins, all the Staff, and of course Parents and Children.
